Why does bottled water have an expiration date? Water doesn’t get old…or does it? Haven’t we been drinking and recycling water since the beginning of time?

Or have we?

  1. Yay! You’re posting! I’m so excited to read all your posts. You’re so deep. I tmakes me smile.

  2. Bottled water has an expiration date for two reasons:
    1. All can, bottled, or packaged goods must have an expiration date even if their really isn’t one.
    2. The water doesn’t go bad, but the plastic does. Over time, the water is contaminated by the particles that make up the plastic; the same thing occurs when you leave bottled water in the sun and taste that awful plastic taste.

    There’s my ‘two cents’…lol
